Return Policy
Please read carefully. Return Instructions are at the end of the page.
First Communion, Flower Girl and Christening Apparel
-Because we understand the importance of seeing and trying on the apparel, Religious-Apparel.com does allow limited returns on these items. Due to the seasonality of these items, we require the following before ANY return will be allowed: The following return policy includes dresses, veils, Christening gowns, suits, and accessories
Ordering Single Quantity of Dress or Veil- $10 stocking fee on dress returns. Full refund on veils (excluding shipping) or Exchange.Return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving the apparel and must be postmarked within 2 weeks.This allows you the opportunity to determine if the item is acceptable while allowing us time to resell it. It also reduces the chances of the item being worn then returned. Apparel must be in original packaging including hanger and with tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear or damage will be returned at customers expense. Apparel that has been altered in any way will be returned at customers expense.
Ordering Multiple Dresses or Veils:
ALL Sales Final.No Returns or Exchanges.

Exchanging Size or Style:We are happy to make exchanges for wrong sizes or a different style BUT the returned dress/gown MUST be shipped back within 2 weeks of receiving the substitute. Be sure to request a return authorization before sending items back. There is no restocking fee on exchanges
Church Apparel-All Church Apparel ships direct from the manufacturer, therefore, is not returnable. Please review our sizing charts before placing orders. We cannot make any changes to orders once they have been submitted to our supplier. Church apparel inclues: clergy shirts, robes, albs, surplices, dalmatics, stoles, chasubles, cottas, etc. Custom made apparel cannot be cancelled or changed once production begins. Custom apparel takes 6-12 weeks to ship. Wrong Item Received Please contact us via email if you have received the wrong item. We will issue you a return authorization with instructions. If the error was on our part, we will reimburse shipping charges to send back (ground delivery only). If you need the correct item immediately, we will process a new order and your credit card will be charged accordingly (excluding shipping charges if the error was on our part). You will receive a credit when the returned item is received. If you prefer to be charged only once, you will send the order back and we will make the proper exchange.
Damaged Items
-Please contact us with48 hoursof receiving item. We will exchange for exact item. No returns or exchanges for different product. Return Instructions
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at customers expense. Please use the following instructions for all return requests:

with the following information: Order ID Number Reason for return Full name and address Order Date-No returns of any kind will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.No returns accepted after the wear date. After approval from our return department, you will be given a return authorization number. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Any box which does not have this number, will be refused. Returns are processed once each month. Allow 3-4 weeks for credit to be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. If a product is damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge. Note: It is the customers responsibility to return the item in good condition. Damage caused by shipping or poor packaging will not be credited. We insure all of our packages and suggest you do so as well. Items returned must be in resaleable condition.
